Bus service between Banff and Lake Louise, with year-round service on Route 8X.
Routes
Route 8X (Lake Louise Express) connects Banff to Lake Louise year-round. Route 10 (Moraine Lake Express) runs during the fall from Banff directly to Moraine Lake.
The Reservable Super Pass is sold only through Roam Public Transit. Valid reservable Super Pass holders can present their reservation at Lake Louise Lakeshore to use the connector shuttle to Moraine Lake between 7:00am and 5:30pm MT. Parks Canada does not permit Super Pass holders to board the connector to Moraine Lake after 5:30pm, so there is enough time to visit Moraine Lake and return to Lake Louise Lakeshore.
