Wild Gully

One of the primary technical chutes in Upper Boomerang (formerly Hikers Paradise); the hike-to expert zone reached by 15-minute boot pack from the Boomerang traverse. Narrow entrance; steep sustain; rock-lined walls requiring precise edge control and jump-turning. Ghostly Gully is the adjacent chute. Both are sensitive to snow depth; can choke with rocks or develop ice bulges in low-snow conditions.
